A woman stated that the developer told her the DC would pull a maximum of 25,000 gal of water per day. Another woman stated that he said he would truck water in. I spoke with him directly yesterday morning and he told me that the maximum water they would draw would be 38,000 gallons and that he would prefer to not drill a well but rather try to work with municipal water. Developer also stated tonight that he had approximately 24 people on the bus tour and another resident said there were 8 people. This is the perfect example of why they can’t be trusted. 25,000 or 38,000, water trucked in or water drawn from municipal resources? I feel he has given us very conflicting information and answers. My guess is if they are allowed in, they will drill for water as that is the cheapest option for them regardless of how it may affect our citizens. I don’t know about you all, but when I catch people in lies like that, they have lost my trust.
